Our return and exchange process is very simple and systematic. Our preference is the peace of mind of our clients, so we offer a return and exchange of the products within 14 days. When you receive the product, and you are not satisfied, you can return the item within 14 days of your purchase. 

Our experience suggests that generally the products which come for return or exchange, are due to wrong size selection. When people shop online, they place the order according to the sizes in their local area. But, we are an international company, and we have customers from around the world, so our sizes are different from your local sizes. A medium size in the United States is different from a medium size in the United Kingdom. 

Our experts have devised our size chart according to international standards. We request our worthy customers to measure themselves and match their measurements to our size chart. Double-check the size before the order confirmation. It will save you time and hassle. If your size is not available in our size chart, you can order a customized outfit. We can make your outfit according to your measurements. 

Following these few steps, you can easily return any product which you have purchased from our store.

2. Our team will send you an email in response to your email, and they will tell you all the details.

3. When we receive the product, our team will inspect it. After that, we will either refund your money or exchange the product according to your wish. 

Guidelines for Return

The items you want to return must be unused. Please return them in the original packaging in which you received them. All the labels and tags must be attached to the product. 

The products must be returned through an insured courier service to avoid any loss. If the product is lost during the return process, we will not be responsible for the loss.

The customer will pay return shipping charges. If you get an entirely wrong product, we will be responsible for that. Depending on the location of delivery, it can be $30 to $50. This is applicable even if we offer free home delivery.

Refund

You will get your money back through the same method you used to buy the product. You will get your money back through the PayPal account or credit/debit card, whatever you used for the payment.

Customized items, items on sale, and discounted items are not meant to be returned, and they are non-refundable as well. 

To facilitate our clients, we can alter the customized items free of cost if the client is ready to pay shipping charges, both ways. This offer is not applicable for promotional products and sale products.
